Moon
The Moon saw herself in the mirror,
While down by the river, tonight,
Revealed that she hosts no fear,
Transparent, all pierced by sun's light.
"So strong!" she concluded embracing
Herself and her dreamwoven shape,
"I carry his light ever glancing,
Enduring his passion and rape.
Consumed by his ancient forged flames,
I never remain all devoured,
Each phase that he paints leaves no stains,
I fill and I empty what's poured.
I cover old oceans and mountains,
I dance and I laugh with the night,
I bare human curse and devotions,
And bring them some light. "
Above mighty trees with cold streams,
In dunes where the scorpios mong,
She knows all is nothing but dreams,
Her nature by nature made strong.
